I was thrilled to hear from Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa inviting me for a 90-minute treatment within their Naturally Gaia range. With a focus on “wellness by the sea” I would experience a complimentary Mother Gaia Pregnancy massage… just what I needed.
The lovely Emilie said I could also bring a friend to enjoy a treatment of their choice and afterwards have a two course lunch together.
I couldn't be more excited, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I'm well into my pregnancy now -baby could arrive in just a few short weeks! So yes. Yes, please.
It was genuinely one of the best pregnancy treatments I have ever had, I would highly recommend going - and not just for a pregnancy treatment either - my friend had the Hot Stone Full Body & Scalp Massage, which she absolutely loved too.
We arrived at 9am to enjoy the spa faculties until our 11am treatments. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. They explained all the products and treatments in detail. Head over here to find out more about their wonderful natural skincare range, Gaia.
For lunch I enjoyed a Sourdough Crumpet with a Walnut Salad followed by a Superfood Salad (am feeling quite healthy at the moment.. well to be honest I don't have a lot of room left in my tummy with baby being so big now!) It was absolutely delicious, well presented and who doesn't love a sea view when you're enjoying lunch with a friend. Bliss!
We had such a lovely day. I can’t quite believe we were there for over 6 hours - that's probably the longest I've ever been able to relax for without my little boy in tow. My friend and I felt so lucky to be able to enjoy some one on one girl time together. Thanks so much guys. We will be back…!
