Kitchen & Utility arrived today!

Its a BIG DAY today! The kitchen is going in….

Usually with house projects, when the kitchen arrives you feel like you coming to the end of your project, which I wouldn't necessarily say is the case… we still got the garage to do. But in terms of the main house, we are nearly nearly there. I believe they spend two-three weeks fitting. It’s actually not just a kitchen - it's the utility too - exciting!

We decided to go for a Neptune kitchen - the Henley range. We almost went for the natural oak finish (we already have this kitchen and one of our holiday apartments, we loved it and all the guests loved it too!) I felt it’s quite timeless) ha, theres that “buzz” word again! However after weeks and months of pinteresting we decided we wanted to go for a white kitchen and just keep that voltage space really white, light and bright… hopefully more beach house vibe than dentist surgery.. (ek!) We will bring in a few pops of colour with furnishings and fabrics.

I’m definitely a little anxious about it all coming together… will it look the same as it does in my head I wonder?! Here’s a little “inspiration mood-board” so you can get an idea what the look we are going for….
