The bump & I really enjoyed our spa day today at The Scarlet in Mawgan Porth. It was a Mummy’s Day gift from Ash & Ernie, so I thought I had better book in before they get too busy over summer (and before I’m too big to get on and off the massage tables!)
I can honestly say that I feel a thousand times better both inside & out. I can highly recommend the pregnancy journey to any of you expecting mamas out there. The pregnancy specialist therapists spent a bit of time talking with me and understanding of the changes and wonders my body is performing.
With almost an hour long gentle full body scrub to start (basically a pre massage massage - winning!), followed by some a guided meditation then a 1.5 hour full body massage, plus facial. If there is time, they also offer a scalp massage and body wrap too.
Lunch was also the healthy option (but very filling) just what we needed. I will be saving some pennies and returning as soon as I can!
